I. General provisions

These terms govern the rights and obligations between the Seller and the Buyer in the sale of prepared daily meal plans via healthyfreshbox.sk.

The Buyer is a consumer — a natural person not acting within their business or profession. To process an order the Buyer provides their name, delivery address, phone number and e-mail. These terms form an integral part of the purchase contract.

II. Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded by the Buyer's binding order submitted via the website form and its confirmation by the Seller. The Seller confirms the order by e-mail or phone within 24–48 hours, including an invoice with payment details.

Orders received by Saturday 10:00 can start from the following Monday. The first day of the program is the meal day (Monday–Friday) chosen by the Buyer. The minimum order is 5 working (meal) days.

III. Seller's rights and obligations

The Seller shall deliver the meals in the ordered quantity, quality and time, properly packed and chilled, in compliance with Slovak regulations.

The Seller is entitled to due and timely payment and may verify the identity of the Buyer or their authorised person at handover.

The Seller publishes the allergen list for each meal on the website (Menu section) at the latest the day before it is served, since the menu is put together according to which fresh ingredients are available that day. Buyers with an allergy or intolerance must check this list before consuming a meal, or contact the Seller in advance using the contact details above.

IV. Buyer's rights and obligations

The Buyer shall take over the ordered meals, pay the agreed price when due, and inspect the packaging immediately upon receipt. The Buyer is entitled to delivery in the agreed quantity, quality and place.

V. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by the Seller with its own vehicle, Sunday to Thursday between 4 pm and 9 pm; the exact time within this window is not guaranteed. Each delivery contains the complete meal plan (5 meals) for the following meal day.

Delivery zones: the Bratislava districts of Nové Mesto, Staré Mesto, Podunajské Biskupice, Vrakuňa, Petržalka and Ružinov, and the towns of Senec, Most pri Bratislave, Malinovo, Zálesie, Ivanka pri Dunaji, Chorvátsky Grob, Slovenský Grob, Bernolákovo, Hviezdoslavov, Miloslavov, Dunajská Lužná, Rovinka, Hubice, Zlaté Klasy, Hrubý Šúr, Tureň, Mierovo, Jelka, Kvetoslavov and Tomášov. Other addresses by individual agreement. Delivery is included in the price.

Meals are delivered chilled in ice-cooled thermoboxes, in a paper bag. The Buyer shall ensure takeover personally or by an authorised person, or agree a drop-off spot with the Seller. If the Buyer fails to collect the delivery, no compensation is due unless otherwise agreed.

Keep delivered meals refrigerated at up to 4°C and consume within 48 hours of delivery.

VI. Price and payment

Prices are per meal day and include delivery:

  • Slim (1,300–1,500 kcal): €18.00/day; €17.50/day from 20 meal days; €17.00/day from 60 meal days,
  • Regular (1,800–2,000 kcal): €20.00/day; €19.50/day from 20 meal days; €19.00/day from 60 meal days,
  • Laktofree variant (fully lactose-free): +€1.00/day,
  • Dairy-free variant (no milk protein — casein and whey): +€2.00/day.

VI.a Payment terms

The price for the whole ordered period is paid in advance by bank transfer based on the invoice attached to the order confirmation (with the assigned variable symbol). Online card payment is not available yet.

Trial week: a new Buyer is entitled to a 10% discount on their first order of the weekly program (5 meal days). The entitlement is verified by the Seller when processing the order.

Referral discount: with a weekly order (5 meal days), providing an existing customer's surname earns both a 10% discount. Valid only for the weekly program and only for the Buyer's first order; verified by the Seller.

Discount codes: the Seller may issue discount codes granting a percentage off the total order price. Each code's conditions (amount, validity period, possible first-order-only restriction) are stated when the code is published and verified by the Seller when processing the order. Discounts cannot be combined — only one discount per order.

The Buyer may mark days on which no meals should be delivered when ordering; the program extends by those days and the ordered number of meal days is preserved.

VII. Ownership and risk

Ownership of the meals passes to the Buyer upon takeover at the delivery address; the risk of damage passes at the same moment.

VIII. Complaints

Complaints must be raised no later than the day after delivery, by phone, SMS or e-mail, ideally with a photo. Later complaints cannot be considered given the perishable nature of the goods.

Valid grounds include: a meal unfit for consumption, damaged packaging, or non-delivery within the delivery window.

For removable defects the Buyer is entitled to a free remedy or replacement; for irremovable ones to a replacement, a proportionate discount or a refund of the proportionate price.

The Seller acknowledges the complaint without delay and resolves it within 30 days; failing that, the Buyer may withdraw from the contract or request a replacement.

IX. Withdrawal

Meals are goods subject to rapid deterioration; under Section 7(6)(d) of Act No. 102/2014 Coll. the Buyer cannot withdraw from the contract for such goods once delivery has begun. This does not affect the Buyer's rights under Articles VIII and X.

X. Changes, pausing and termination

The Buyer may change the order (program, variant), pause it for a period, or terminate it free of charge no later than 24 hours before the next delivery — by phone, e-mail or via the pause form on the website.

Pausing extends the program by the paused days. Upon termination the Seller refunds the proportionate price for undelivered meal days by bank transfer within 14 days.

Notices received less than 24 hours before a delivery cannot be reflected for meals already in preparation; such days are charged in full.

XI. Alternative dispute resolution

If the Seller rejects or fails to answer a request for remedy within 30 days, the consumer may initiate alternative dispute resolution under Act No. 391/2015 Coll. The ADR body is the Slovak Trade Inspection (www.soi.sk) or another authorised entity listed by the Ministry of Economy. The EU online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

XII. Personal data

The Seller processes personal data in accordance with GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy on the website.

XIII. Final provisions

Matters not governed by these terms are governed by Slovak law, in particular the Civil Code, Act No. 250/2007 Coll. on consumer protection, Act No. 102/2014 Coll. on distance selling and Act No. 22/2004 Coll. on e-commerce.

By submitting an order the Buyer confirms having read and agreed to these terms. The version effective at the time of the order applies.
